I love MidJourney.com. I made the image above with them. I subscribe to the Basic $10/month plan. The copyright rules are a little confusing, but I take it to mean that as a paid member I own all Assets I create with the Services. While MidJourney has the right to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute text, and image prompts, etc.
Exceptions include non-paid members who must follow Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license. Corporate users have their own terms.
