Book Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Connie does her best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the books bought directly from her, please contact Connie promptly with your concern and she will quickly assess if an exchange, refund, or return is necessary. The request must be made within 30 days from the date it was delivered. She takes pride in personal customer service, so each instance will be considered individually.

Book Shipping
Print books bought directly from Connie are only shipped to addresses in the United States of America. These items are shipped free of charge via USPS media mail. Connie handles the packages of books herself and usually has them at the post office within 24-48 hours.

Merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, and etc. are shipped from various facilities in the United States. Connie offers free shipping in the USA. At this time, Connie does not ship to other countries.
