I decided to approach this roadblock that I have with Dragontide’s Son, by using Eric Edson’s “Story Solution.” It’s meant to be used for movie screenplays, but I’m using it for my novel. I’ll use the 23 Hero Goal Sequences to guide me through the writing, incorporating the three disasters from the Snowflake Method. Hopefully, this will increase my confidence. 😊
I’m planning a three-book series, so Dragontide’s Son is in the middle of the series arc, and I want to be sure I’m going in the right direction. When I’m done plotting, I’ll write Chapter 6---again---and get it posted.
