Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us promptly with your concern and we will quickly assess if an exchange, refund, or return is necessary. The request must be made within 30 days from the date it was delivered. We take pride in personal customer service so each instance will be considered individually.

PRINT BOOKS

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping fees are not paid.

Please include your name, address, and order number with the return.

EBOOKS, PDFs, AND AUDIOBOOKS

Digital content such as eBooks, PDFs, and audiobooks are not returnable. However, if you are having compatibility or quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance at connie@ConnieMyres.com.
