Due to the nature of digital downloads, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, please contact me at connie@conniemyres.com and I will resolve it promptly.
Physical Books
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and I will send a replacement or issue a full refund. I do not accept returns on undamaged physical books.
General
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me at connie@conniemyres.com and I will do my best to make it right.
